The making of Liquid Detergent
Chemicals Required
1. Antisol=1/2 tin
2. Caustic soda=1 tin
3. Soda ash=1/2tin
4. SLS 1IKg
5. Sulphonic acid 1 litre
6. STPP(Sodium-triphsho phosphate) 4 TABLE Spoons
7. Colour to feel
8. Perfume taste
9. Strong Stick for stirring
Method for Preparation
a. Soak the Antisol in the water and keep for 24 hours to dilute
b. Soak the SLS and STPP in the same place and keep 24 hours
c. The following day mix the antisol properly
d. Add the caustic soda, soda ash into mixture of antisol, stir it very
well using the stick
Tlll the chemicals are mixed.(caution__most of the chemicals are
corrosive so handle with care)
e. Add the soaked mixture of the sulphonic acid and the rest into mixture
of antisol and stir very well.
f. Dilute the colour with water as you want it to be and add into the
mixture and stir.
g. Add water according to the thickness of how you want your liquid
Detergent to be.
h. Pour into container and it should be used after 24 hours...
